Crab Quiche

1 (nine-inch) Delicious Orchards pie crust
1 TBS butter
1/3 cup green onion (scallions)
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
4 large eggs
1 cup Cream-O-Land Half and Half
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
8 oz. Cabot Rustic Pizza Shredded Cheese
1 (8 oz.) container lump crab meat

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium to high heat. Add onions and bell peppers. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, salt, Old Bay and parsley. Add the cooked onion and peppers from above, shredded cheese and crab meat, stirring to combine.

Pour into pie shell and bake for 45 minutes, or until eggs are set and crust is golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
