Teriyaki Beef Skewers

  • 1 lb. beef strips
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 TBS rice vinegar
  • 1 TBS garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Skewers

Turn grill on to medium-high heat. Soak the skewers (if wooden) in a cookie sheet with a shallow layer of water.

Whisk all of your ingredients together, minus the beef strips. This mixture is the home made teriyaki sauce.

Soak the beef strips in the teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes. (Option: For more flavor, you can place in the refrigerator over night.) Then place as many as you like on a skewer.

Once the grill is hot, place each skewer on the grate. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
