Cook pasta according to directions on box. Bring a large saucepan filled with lightly salted water to boiling. Add the shrimp to the boiling water. Cook for 1 to 3 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Drain and rinse in a colander under cold running water. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cooked shrimp and pesto until well coated, adding more pesto as needed. Place on a platter, garnish with shredded basil, grated cheese and bruschetta. Serve hot or cold.
