Peppermint Fudge


  • 3 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ½ cup crushed peppermints


  1. First, use non-stick spray to spray the inside of an 8 inch square pan or loaf pan. Then the pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Next, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and butter in a medium size saucepan and cook over low heat. Make sure you stir the mixture consistently.
  3. Take the saucepan off the heat and pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan you set aside earlier. Use an offset spatula to spread the fudge out evenly.
  4. Toss the crushed peppermints over top and refrigerate until firm.
  5. Press crushed peppermints into the top before slicing.
  6. Slice or cut into pieces.
  7. Serve!
