Ingredients
For Tuna:
- 3/4 to a lb. Tuna
- Blackening seasoning
For Dressing
- Prepared Wasabi
- Delicious Orchards Ranch Dressing
Instructions
For Tuna:
- Have fishmonger cut tuna into a 1” x 1” x 8” rectangle.
- Generously coat tuna on all sides with seasoning. On a very hot grill or grill pan, cook approximately 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side for a nice rare to medium rare cook. Remove from heat and let cool before slicing.
For Dressing:
- Whisk wasabi and dressing together. Tasting until you get your desired flavor
- Slice cooled tuna into thin slices. Arrange on top of a bed of mixed greens. Drizzle dressing on top. Great starter for small holiday gatherings!
