Delicious Orchards offers selected items under our category “Free Ground Shipping”. UPS2nd Day rates may apply depending on the recipient's state.

With UPS, we ship to all 50 states from our Colts Neck, NJ Fulfillment Center. Local Delivery may be available for selected locations and packages.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, only to street addresses. Packages are left at secure locations and no signature is required.
Due to their state agricultural regulations, fresh fruit cannot be shipped to Arizona, California and Hawaii.
With the exception of coffee and specialty items, depending on destination, an order can be shipped on the same day if ordered prior to 2PM EST.
No packages can be scheduled to arrive on Sunday or Monday per our UPS arrangement .

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES:
Ground Shipping:
If shipping Monday thru Thursday to NJ, Southern NY, CT, RI, MA, DE, DC, MD and Eastern PA, UPS Ground should deliver the package in 1-2 business days after it has been shipped. A package shipped on Friday may arrive on Saturday or Monday. Delivery to Northern NY and Western PA may take an extra day.
If shipping Monday thru Wednesday to IL, IN, KY, ME, MI, NH, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, WV, UPS Ground should deliver the package in 2-3 business days after it has been shipped.
Second Day Shipping:
UPS 2nd Day is required to ship to Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Wisconsin, Mississippi and states West of the Mississippi. Shipping dates for these states are only available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders received after 2:00PM on Wednesday will ship on the following Monday.

Canceling an Order
An order can be canceled and refunded anytime before the actual ship date. All orders are final once shipped.
Order Changes
Delicious Orchards is able to make changes to an order before the ship date. Changes to a ship date, message or name/address CANNOT be made on the ship date. Once an order has been shipped, our carrier charges Delicious Orchards a significant fee for any change. Therefore, all orders are final once shipped.
Duplicate Orders
When placing an order online, please check your order total and quantity of packages before clicking "submit". Only click the "submit" button once and wait a moment for your order to process. Clicking "submit" multiple times will result in duplicate orders. Delicious Orchards is not responsible for shipping duplicate orders.
Please check your confirmation email for a correct quantity as well as an accurate and complete address (include apt, suite, floor).
If any errors are identified, please email us at customerservice@deliciousorchardsnj.com immediately and we will do our best to correct.
Refunds or Complimentary Packages:
If a gift box is heavily damaged or delayed to a degree in which our product would not meet our standards, Delicious Orchards will refund the billing customer or send a second package to the recipient. If your gift box was damaged, we ask that you provide pictures in order for us to file a claim with our carrier.
- The billing customer will be given the opportunity to choose between either a refund or complimentary package. Delicious Orchards will send only 1 complimentary package to the recipient address, at no expense to the billing customer. After a complimentary package is sent, a refund is no longer an option.
*Missing or damaged packages will need to be reported within 7 days after the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a complimentary package or refund.
* Delicious Orchards Customer Service will work with the recipient of a gift package if there is only minor/partial damage or issue.
- Our bakery products do not have preservatives and some are shipped frozen to preserve the freshness during transit. Please be aware that our bakery products may arrive still frozen and will need to be defrosted or warmed for consumption (we include heating instructions in the box). Bakery products can also be frozen to enjoy later.
- Our fruit is hand sorted and inspected for each gift box. Fruit may have minor imperfections on the inside/outside.
Incorrect Address
- Delicious Orchards guarantees delivery to the address given and is not responsible for a recipient not being home, or no longer residing at an address. If sending to a business address, Delicious Orchards is not responsible if the location is closed.
- A gift package that cannot be delivered by our carrier due to an incorrect recipient address or due to missing information cannot be refunded. Delicious Orchards is charged with another return package ground shipping fee by our carrier. We will dispose of the package due to the perishability of our product and the amount of time the package has been in transit.
Re-sending a Gift Box due to wrong address or missing information:
- If you would like to resend a package to the correct address, you will be responsible for the full cost of the new package.
- As a courtesy, Delicious Orchards will offer a 25% discount off the price of the new box.
