Apple and Cranberry Coleslaw


  • 1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 6 tbsp. Apple Cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt


  • 1 small-medium cabbage, shredded
  • 10 oz. bag shredded carrots
  • 3 Gala apples-cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 cup scallions,chopped
  • 1 cup almonds, sliced
  • 2 cups dried cranberries

In a mixing bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, Apple Cider vinegar and salt until smooth. Set the dressing aside. In a large bowl toss together the cabbage, carrots, apples, scallions, almonds, and cranberries. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss it all together to evenly coat the mixture. Serve immediately for best results or refrigerate until ready to serve.
