- 8 ounces goat cheese
- 1 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, diced
- 4 eggs
- Black pepper to taste
- Phyllo dough (Pillsbury crescent dough may be substituted)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine goat, feta and mozzarella cheeses in a bowl. Beat eggs and add to cheese mixture. Sprinkle mixture with black pepper to taste. Place spoonfuls of mixture on dough and seal edges with tines of fork. Bake about 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
