Chicken Meatballs


  • 1 lb. Eberly Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • Half of onion finely diced
  • 1 TBS flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 TBS of olive oil
  • 2 cups of water


Beat the egg white and add salt, pepper, onion, garlic and flour. Mix well. Add chicken and mix gently with your hands. Put a little olive oil in your hands and form balls. Heat remaining olive oil in large pan over medium heat, add chicken balls and cook until golden. Once golden, add water and cook for another 15 minutes until water evaporates. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
