Ingredients
- 4oz cream cheese, whipped or softened
- 4oz sour cream
- 1 cup D.O. homemade salsa
- 2 cups D.O. homemade pico
- 2 cups Wisconsin cheddar cheese – shredded
- 1/4 cup scallions – sliced thin
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 ears of corn – kernels sliced from cob
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes or use whipped cream cheese.
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream with salsa until smooth.
- Fold in pico, shredded cheddar cheese, corn, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and scallions.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
