Ingredients

• 1 medium avocado, peeled and mashed
• 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
• 1/4 cup chopped tomato
• 1 TBS fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, stirring until blended. Serve with fresh vegetables or with chips.
