Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil, grease lightly and lay salmon on top. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Slice one lime thinly and place the slices under the salmon’s edges. Fold the edges of the foil around the salmon to avoid the sauce below from spilling.
In a medium saucepan over medium to high heat, melt butter. Stir in honey, sriracha sauce and lemon juice, 1 TBS of lime juice, soy sauce, garlic and bring to a boil. Then, reduce to medium heat and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Pour 2/3 of the sauce over the salmon, using a spoon to be sure to cover salmon. Reserve remaining sauce for use later.
Bake for 15 minutes, then switch to broil and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes until the very edges of the salmon begin to char slightly being careful not to burn the salmon.
Top salmon with reserved sauce and chopped cilantro and serve.
