White Chocolate Cream Pie

  • 1/3 cup and separately 3/4 cup whipped and soft peaks, heavy cream
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 8 oz melted white chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1 – 9 inch Graham Cracker crust pie shell
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the filling, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar with a handheld electric mixer until smooth. Scrape bowl with a spatula and mix in the 1/3 cup heavy cream. Add the white chocolate, orange zest, vanilla extract and mix. Then, fold in the 3/4 cup of whipped heavy cream. Once mixed, spread into pie shell and level off using a rubber spatula. Put in the freezer until frozen. To finish the pie, garnish with your favorite seasonal berries when ready to serve.
