Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp feta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp chopped red onion
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp dry dill
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except oil in a medium bowl.
- Using a 1/8 measuring cup, form and roll out meatballs
- Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 165°F.
- Serve with tzatziki sauce and enjoy!
