Grilled Blackened Tuna with Wasabi Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

       For Tuna:

  • 3/4 to a lb. Tuna
  • Blackening seasoning

        For Dressing

  • Prepared Wasabi
  • Delicious Orchards Ranch Dressing

Instructions

       For Tuna:

  1. Have fishmonger cut tuna into a 1” x 1” x 8” rectangle.
  2. Generously coat tuna on all sides with seasoning. On a very hot grill or grill pan, cook approximately 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side for a nice rare to medium rare cook. Remove from heat and let cool before slicing.

For Dressing:

  1. Whisk wasabi and dressing together. Tasting until you get your desired flavor
  2. Slice cooled tuna into thin slices. Arrange on top of a bed of mixed greens. Drizzle dressing on top. Great starter for small holiday gatherings!
