Preheat grill by turning it to a medium heat.
Mix sirloin, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and salt in a bowl. Measure out 1/3 cup of beef mixture and gently shape into small patties about 1/2 of an inch thick. Place burgers on the grill and cook 6-8 minutes on each side or until desired pinkness. Add Swiss cheese to cover the top of each burger, melt and remove from grill.
In a medium sauté pan, melt butter then add mushrooms and onions. Cook until mushrooms and onions are slightly soft on a high heat constantly stirring them for about 4-5 minutes. Set aside once done.
Mix together the mayonnaise and brown mustard.
Place burger on bun with melted cheese and top with mushrooms and onions and spread mayonnaise mustard mixture on top piece of bun.
