Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower

  • 1 head (about 6 cups) of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 TBS oil
  • 2 TBS maple syrup
  • 2 TBS sriracha sauce (or any chili sauce you prefer)
  • 1 TBS soy sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large bowl, add the oil, maple syrup, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce.

Add the cauliflower, tossing to coat.

Place the cauliflower on a cookie sheet in a single layer, reserving the excess sauce.

Roast in preheated oven until lightly golden brown, about 20 to 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and toss the roasted cauliflower in the reserved sauce. When coated, plate cauliflower.

Serve and enjoy.
