Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1/4 onion, grated
- 2 Tbsp white sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
