Crab, Spinach and Artichoke Dip Pizza

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pound super lump crab meat
  • 4 ounces frozen spinach, defrosted with the liquid squeezed out
  • 7 ounces canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • Pinch of black pepper

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking sheet or pizza stone with cooking spray or olive oil. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth. Add the crab meat, spinach, artichokes, parmesan, and 1/4 cup of the shredded mozzarella. Stir to combine all the ingredients. Stretch or roll the pizza dough into a circle on the prepared baking sheet or stone. Spread the spinach and artichoke dip over the top of the pizza dough. Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella evenly over the top of the pizza. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Serve with a side of marinara sauce and enjoy!
